As spa director of Rescue Rittenhouse Spa, Philadelphia's leading luxury day spa, Lauren's media-savvy skills resulted in placements for Rescue in national publications like Allure, InStyle and Real Simple. As marketing director for a global education organization, OsEarth, she coordinated and facilitated workshops for corporations and universities around the world. After graduating with a BA from New York University, Lauren received her Masters in Acupuncture from the Tai Sophia Institute in Maryland. Prior to his current ventures, Sulaiman was in the real estate industry as an investor, and gained experience by working in different facets of the real estate business. Sulaiman became a PA licensed real estate agent and gained experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, leasing, financing and accounting by working in positions at Century 21, Studley, Madison Funding, and Philadelphia Suburban Development Corporation, respectfully. Sulaiman also served as the principle of a real estate acquisition and management company.

Sulaiman is a subject matter expert in areas of online media, real estate, financial literacy, network marketing, sales, motivation, leadership and business. He has spoke to audiences ranging from a few dozen to more than 4,000.

Sulaiman has appeared on numerous internet and broadcast radio talk shows, and has been featured in the Philadelphia Daily News, Philadelphia Inquirer, and the Philadelphia Tribune. He has been selected as the Philadelphia Tribune's 2008 "10 People under 40 to Watch" and 2009 "Most Influential African American Leaders." He has also been honored by Leadership Philadelphia as one of Philadelphia's "101 Next Generation Connectors."

Sulaiman currently serves on the Board of Directors for the African American Chamber of Commerce, Young Involved Philadelphia (YIP) and Rennie Harris Puremovement. He serves on committees for the Multicultural Affairs Congress (MAC) and the Minority Entrepreneur Development Week (MED Week.) He is also a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Sulaiman attended the University of Pennsylvania where he studied Electrical Engineering and Entrepreneurship.
